China Industrial Textile Industry Association: Lining Materials Are Created By Science And Technology! Green!
On June 16, the 2023 enlarged meeting of vice presidents of Lining Materials Branch of China Industrial Textile Industry Association was held in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province. More than 60 people attended the meeting, including Li Guimei, President and Ji Jianbing, Vice President of China Industrial Textile Industry Association, Dong Tingwei, Deputy Director of the Environmental Protection and Assets Supervision Committee of China Textile Industry Federation, Shen Rong, President of Lining Materials Branch of China Association for the Middle Class, Chairman of Weibuste Enterprise Group, and Vice President of the Branch, experts, entrepreneurs, and representatives of scientific research institutions related to the lining industry chain.
Li Guimei said in a speech that the interlining industry is currently facing overcapacity, low bargaining space, rising prices of energy and raw materials and other adverse factors. In the face of challenges, entrepreneurs need to be confident and do the following: First, focus on the development direction of industry intelligence, greening and fashion, and optimize the industrial layout; 2、 Focus on core competitiveness, and coordinate and cooperate with each other in the industrial chain; 3、 Focus on product quality, shape product features, create product brands, and enhance international competitiveness. While affirming the work of the branch, Li Guimei suggested that the secretariat of the branch give play to its advantages in statistical operation, intelligent manufacturing, standardization and other aspects in the future work, actively expand its work in scientific and technological innovation, green development, cultivation of key enterprises and other aspects, and strive to make a difference.
Shen Rong introduced the industry operation in 2022 and the work outlook in 2023 in the "Report of the 2023 Vice President's Enlarged Meeting of the Lining Materials Branch of the Middle Class Association". The report pointed out that in 2022, the interlining industry overcame adverse factors, seized development opportunities and maintained a relatively stable operation. According to the statistics of 24 key enterprises in the industry (including 15 interlining enterprises, 4 hot-melt adhesive enterprises, 2 printing and dyeing enterprises, and 3 base cloth enterprises), the main operating revenue in 2022 will be 12.189 billion yuan, up 3.34% year on year; The profit was 439 million yuan, up 5.39% year on year; The production of interlining was 898 million meters, up 4.87% year on year. In 2023, the interlining industry will firmly grasp the driving force of scientific and technological innovation, promote the development of green low-carbon and intelligent manufacturing, and promote enterprise brand building.
Dong Tingwei delivered the theme report of "Action Outlook for Green Development of Textile Industry", which introduced in detail the importance of green development of textile industry, industry green achievements and long-term goals and tasks, and green development action and outlook of textile industry, guiding industry enterprises to focus on environment-friendly products, and promote sustainable development of the industry with green manufacturing, energy conservation and carbon reduction.
Wang Gang, the general manager of Ningbo Yinyu Technology Co., Ltd., made a theme report on "Discussion on the Application of Intelligent Online Testing Technology in Lining Industry", focusing on the introduction of online intelligent testing system for lining substrate. It is reported that the online intelligent detection system can improve the stability and quality of products, reduce the labor consumption of stop workers and cloth inspection workers, and reduce the production cost of products.
In the exchange link, the participants shared their experiences and practices in enterprise development, industry situation research and judgment, and high-quality enterprise development. Although the epidemic situation in the past three years has caused great pressure on the production and sales of the interlining industry, the price of energy, exchange rate, cotton and other raw materials has fluctuated, and the stability of the industrial chain supply chain has been impacted, the changeable and complex environment has also helped to improve the level of intelligent design, production automation, and lean management. In a new stage of development, the interlining industry keeps up with the trend of science and technology, and continues to promote the development of enterprises and brands towards high-end, digital and fashion.
