Aksu: "13Th Five Year Plan" Textile Enterprises Have Reduced Electricity Cost By 732 Million Yuan

On February 2, it was learned from the industry and Information Technology Bureau of Aksu Prefecture that during the 13th Five Year Plan period, the region actively implemented the special electricity price policy for textile and garment enterprises in the autonomous region, comprehensively used the means of "reducing, refunding, supplementing and supervising" to issue "red packets" of electricity price to help enterprises reduce their burden.

By the end of December 2020, 212 textile enterprises and 10 labor-intensive enterprises in the region have enjoyed the special electricity price policy, which has reduced the electricity cost by 732 million yuan.

It is reported that since January 1, 2015, the regional textile and garment enterprises and labor-intensive enterprises (toys, wigs, etc.) have implemented the comprehensive household electricity price of 0.38 yuan / kWh, the state financial subsidy of 0.03 yuan / kWh, and ultimately enjoy 0.35 yuan / kWh. Compared with the industrial power consumption of 0.551 yuan / kWh, the power cost of enterprises is reduced by 0.171 yuan / kWh.

The person in charge of Aksu Xinzi Textile Co., Ltd. said: at the beginning of preparation, our company paid the electricity fee at the price of 0.551 yuan / kWh, and began to enjoy the preferential electricity price of textile enterprises when it was officially put into operation. During the 13th Five Year Plan period, the accumulated electricity cost was reduced by 6.05 million yuan.

During the 13th Five Year Plan period, the Regional Bureau of industry and information technology actively connected with the State Grid Aksu power supply company to declare the textile and garment enterprises and labor-intensive enterprises enjoying the policy on a quarterly basis, so as to ensure that the enterprises can enjoy the special electricity price policy and electricity subsidy of the textile and clothing enterprises in the autonomous region in time. At the same time, the cadres of the Regional Bureau of industry and information technology took the initiative to carry out on-the-spot inspection and supervision in the counties (cities) and enterprises to promote the implementation of the price reduction policy.
